I live at Reflections and I have been here for over three years. I have to respond to the women that wrote about the car. I am glad management is towing cars with flat tires. I have to say I was thinking about moving out of Reflections, but I have changed my mind due to the change in the new maintenance and the the new Manager that came about 4 months ago. They are cleaning up the place and enforcing the rules and I have to believe that the people that have wrote in and complained, well maybe it is a good thing for them to leave, because maybe they were the ones breaking rules or even may have been evicted. I did here that since the new manager arrived that there has been how 12 people evicted. I have had great turn around on maintenance issues and the leasing office staff care and give call backs to make sure I was happy. So to all the folks that wrote something nasty, GLAD YOU ARE NOT MY NEIGHBOR ANYMORE!!!!!

I'm glad you are having a positive experience. I loved certain aspects of living at Reflections but I never felt like the management cared or enforced the rules. I did move out in August and I am much happier with the management where I am now. Best of luck!

The management at Reflections Welleby are NAZIS! If you are just TEN DAYS LATE THEY WILL EVICT YOU. I've been here for over 1 year and NEVER complained about anything, I always paid on time. Yet I was late just ONE F-----G TIME for ten days and they told me I was going to get evicted. The apartments are NOT luxury class. All you're paying for is the view of the lake. My apartment has fixtures from the 80's and the tiles in the bathroom are OLD. What luxury?
