I leave in reflection for about one year, and the management changed 3 times since I came in. I've been very happy with the others managers so far and at end of last year they started to do a lot of maintenance work, that was very good.
But in December the very friendly girl who was the manager has been fired in such a rude way that she had to pack her stuff and go almost the same day and move away from Reflections to Orlando.
They also fired Margo who was a friendly and open heart woman and several other people.
I don't know what did happen... Anyway 3 weeks ago, they have towed my scooter, without warning me, I thought it was stolen. There are no sign as asked by the law in the parking where I leave or at the entry of the community (the south entry)...
The towing company is located more than 20 miles away, this towing company asked an outstanding amount to get my scooter back, or they will sell it at the auctions. I cannot enter in details but there are several suspicious things in the way this did happened. I would be interested to know if others got the same kind of issue recently' If so, please contact me.
I would not recommend this community anymore, I've been shocked by the way they handled this situation.
Plus you need to know that the prices have been raised up to $1550/month for a 2b/2b...for this price you can have much better and bigger.
With a new manager every 6 months, maybe the next one will be better'

I feel your pain, I lived at reflections for awhile too, but moved across the lake to waters edge...love their staff. They are friendly and helpful. Moved in on a good special too!!
