When my husband and I were searching for apartments. We asked the Margo one of Reflections agents, how the crime rate was in the area. She told us, she said she never heard of any break-ins in Reflections. After being robbed, I asked City of Sunrise police, they told me that Reflections was always being robbed. I was fumed to know that Margo lied. Do not move here is is unsafe!!

I agree. Margo lies about everything to get you in there. I asked her about the crime also and she told me it wasn't a problem. Sure enough, the so-called security gate is ALWAYS broken. You can't even get out of the place on foot without a key - what does that mean? IT'S NOT SAFE!

i dunno sounds a litte weird to me some one shoud look in to the "margo" chick maybe she is in on the whole thing.

I agree as well. My boyfriend and I moved a year ago and we thought Water Terrace would be safer than other places as it had security gates. A month ago we went to NY for the weekend and when we came back his car was stolen. (Ofcourse it would, the gates were not working properly, as usual) The Sunrise police said this happens more often than people think. I am very dissapointed at this place as much as I like the complex. Another thing, some of the people that are moving in is making my boyfriend and I think twice about renewing our lease...
