It's a beautiful devlopment!!! Apartments are on the small size and expensive but very clean and updated. We moved here from out of state and it's the first place we looked at. Maintance is always responsive. Management should get a more polite staff. If you have more then 2 cars watch out cause they will tow them if they don't see them moved for 2 days!!! After moving in I did have an ant problem..contacted pest control an they didn't show up till a month later....took care of the problem myself.
Overall it's a beautiful place, good area, friendly neighbors, great maintance. Management should get a staff that knows what they're doing and more customer orientated. Small apartments with ok layouts.

I have lived here for 2 years and they have been in the process of remodeling and painting and updating the entire community . I have always had prompt service from magagment and the pest issue can be expected we are in Florida and its a constant battle of the bugs ,but nothing major . As far as the price it is typical for this area it is exspensive to live in south florida
