I think one thing people forget is that when you rent, NO WHERE you go will be perfect. You do not own it, so why do you care if there is a stain on the floor or something' That will be the management's problem. Want something perfect' Go build a house. My neighbors underneath are ALWAYS complaining about this and that. I only pay 1265 for a NEWLY renovated, on the lake view, 2nd floor. awesome price! if you are easy to deal with, the management will be sooo helpful. But i do admit that they are rude and slow to act when a tenant is abnoxious. I dont blame them.
what i really love is the gate. if someone doesnt have a card to open it, they can search your name on a machine, it will call your cell phone, and we can let them in my pressing a button on our phone! great technology.
the ONLY problem ive ever had with management is when we drilled a satellite into our patio railing... oops :P
they pick up the trash around the dumpster so it looks nice, i dont ever have puddle problems, im on the smaller side of the development so i rarely have a noise problem (1 tenant has a party about once a month on fridays or saturdays, but it stops by 1am), only about once a month parking is an issue, i looove our mailman, and my other neighbors are really friendly (even the man who works here).
To sum up, if you are a realistic renter, you will not have a problem. Be annoying and uber picky, dont even come here.
