I lived at Springtree Meadows (AKA, Springtree Ghettos) for 2 years. I was a single man with a low paying job and it was all I could afford, at first. The rent increased exponentionally! I was paying a ridiculuos amount of money for a "dirthole"! Maintenance was a joke. Management was a bigger joke. The grounds were usually disgusting and unkept. 2 years and I never dared get in the pool. The only bright light was the assistant manager Madelyn who tried to help the tenants as best she could. Long and short of it all, they kept my deposit to "fix" the carpet that was old when I moved in. (By the way, after moving I asked the new tenants if I could see the carpet that was put in...same carpet. Never changed.) They are now making condo conversions out of them. Good luck to anyone buying one. You can bathe a pig, but it's still a pig.
