This place is Horrible. That saying you get what you pay for is sooo true. Granted the rent is cheap (975.00) 2/2 and the place is very roomy, its just not worth it. No body takes care of the community. Trash is everywhere, the lake is discusting how and habitat lives there I dont know. They dont really check the residents that live here because they are some scary people living here. When you go to the office they have a big sign that says "We love our residents" that is a joke. The manager is horrible. She pretends to be nice, Hell No she isnt. They will screw you until the end. I have lived here for 11 months and have broken my lease I would rather pay a penalty than live here anymore. Hope this helped all future residents. Oh ya and there is so much mold! Its gross!
