I don't have regrets but now I truly do have regrets. This apartment complex is HORRIBLE WHERE DO I START.... the hallways are nasty, the elevator smells like piss the stairway smells like piss. the whole complex smells like garbage..the police is there every night. the management staff is horrible they refuse to fix the gate and they are now charging $845 for a dump I WISH THE HOUSING POLICE WILL COME AND DO SOMETHING WITH THEM. It is not safe for a young females (this is what the police told me after i got ROBBED) they are always there. THIS IS the pits I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!! THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SELL THESE APARTMENTS AND NO ONE WANTS TO BUY IT!!!! PLEASE BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING THAT HAS THE INVERRARY ATTACH TO THE NAME. P.S I HAVE REQUESTED FOR SOME THINGS TO BE FIXED IN THE APARTMENT FROM WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN IN JANUARY OF 2006 I'M MOVING OUT AND THEY ARE STILL NOT FIXED!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... FOR SHAME...

I lived there a few years ago, when it was Pelican Run. Sad to see how some things don't change ... neighborhood was bad then and the apartments were ghetto. There was a security guard every night, and kids from a rundown complex across the street used to come into the gym and break stuff.
