This property has mold. That black mold. Maintenace told me oh they will just paint over it and the ceilings have asbestos in them so either way you risk your health. This property does not do background checks or credit checks. I had a lady tell me before I moved a woman told me that she went to the office and they told her she can move in the same day. What a hot ghetto mess. Don't put yourself through the agony.
