I have lived in this complex for 9 months and have been trying to get out of my lease from the 3rd month. This place is very filthy, infested with all kind of bugs especially those big roaches (water bugs). The halls and stairwells are never cleaned and there are several drug users in the building. I constantly get stopped by drug addicts asking for a $1 or two. There are always cops walking around with their dogs looking for dealers. Parking>>>you can't find parking in an area with light after 8pm on any day. They also lied to me when I moved in and said you would only pay water once every 3 months for aproximately $50 total. I pay that monthly and the office gives you the bill 2 days before they want the payment. There is a wash room on the 2nd and 4th floors but they are filthy and usually broken.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I cant wait for my lease to end in 3 months.
