Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003

I lived at the Village at Welleby for 2 years. I felt very safe & comfortable there. The community is gated. My apartment was spacious and I really loved having a separate entrance with a private courtyard. My child loved the fact that there was a private entrance into Welleby Park. This is a good place to live with children as there are other kids to play with. We loved the townhouse concept - there were no noisy neighbors below or above us. The maintenace was good; quick response to my repair needs. The office staff was always friendly and courteous.
