I am living at the Village of Welleby for 3-1/2 years now. We are very safe here. Each apartment has a private courtyard; I can watch my children playing out there from the kitchen. My one daughter has a lot of allergies so when they recently installed ceramic tile to replace the carpeting, it help ease some of her symptoms. The kids play in the playground and can go swimming in the pool. The property is very pretty to look at. I like that this is a new community - only about 4 years old. There are lots of conveniences such as an extra bathroom on the first floor and a full sized washer and dryer.
