It must have been nice when it originally opened. They probably USED TO maintain it better as well. They don't seem to but much effort into upgrading.

The maintenance staff are miserable and unfriendly. The screening process won't control the entrance of loud-mouth, dirty and disrespectful adults and children who live there.
