Maintenence has been to my house over a dozen times and I've only been there a couple months. Parking is only for 2 vehicles, no guest parking. Buildings are all concrete, however I can hear my neighbors talking in their room in the morning, their TV (sometimes), Annoying howling dog, and noise from the vehicles passing on the main road. Grounds are to be fixed up so we will see about that! Gates are always opened, I guess theyre broken, saftey cameras around...Community play ground is not well lit at night...Office staff is attentive.
