Well, I have lived here over a year. Kevin is finally gone and now they have a new schmuck with no experience in property management. If I knew the position was up for grabs I would have dove for it. Free rent, free DirecTV, and a salary' What more could a person want' Not to mention, no experiance required. This place is a joke. Here are a list of disgusting reasons why this place is a trap...
- Garbage Dumpsters = CONSTANTLY overflowed. I have seen residents picking up the left over trash in the middle of the streets. (Not to mention the rat problem around many of the dumpsters. (Very unsanitary)
*SOLUTION TO PROBLEM = Get another dumpster for the complex.
*SOULTION NUMBER 2 = Schedule another pick-up. ITS SIMPLE!
- Grounds Upkeep = Upkeep is horrific. Lawn care once a month, you have to garden your own courtyard, and scrub the concrete to get it clean.
*Solution = Hire a company or send maintenance to pressure clean resident courtyards at time of move-in and lease renewal (IF resident renews).
- Building UpKeep = I was told "months" ago that the buildings would be painted (By Kevin)........Still waiting.....No wonder!!!
*Solution = STOP BEING CHEAP!
- Road Paving = Again, I was told months ago, streets will be re-paved.....Stillllll waiting...
*SOLUTION = STOP BEING CHEAP!
- Limited Internet Service = ROVERUSA.... Ever heard of them' They suck!
*Solution = COMPLETED = Rover will be gone soon, yay!!!! You can only have Bell South now, which means if you have VoIP phone service you need to get a Bell South line too in order to get the DSL and run the VoIP.....(Very inconvenient)
-Limited Parking - Its a constant fight for parking here. Its so hard to have guests with no extra parking. Especially when some families have 4 cars.
*Solution = Tell the people with 2 cars to park somewhere and get a ride, get rid of the extra vehicles or just move!
-Pets - I understand a lot of you have pets. Pets are okay, but keep the mean dogs out of here. Buy a house with a yard or something! I have never seen so many big dogs, especially Pit Bulls in an apartment complex which has children. They are vicious and untrustworthy. The rotweilers need to go too. Im sick and tired of people who "can't" keep their animals restrained. I have seen one resident in particular laying in the grass or on the pavement being pulled by their dog more than I have ever seen them "walking" the animal. I have watched that dog go after other tenants dogs on several occasions along with the Pit Bulls and it is enough to scare you out of your witts.
*SOULTION = GET RID OF THE AGRESSIVE BREEDS AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN AT ALL!!!! (Keep in mind all of the leases state "NO agressive breeds!") What are they waiting for, a fatality or for someone to get severely injured or mauled'
-Move-in conditions - Paint jobs suck (popcorn ceilings!'!) Same cheap paint used on ceilings is used for the walls, need I say more''''
*SOLUTION = Hire better painters, stop trying to cut costs!
Gate - To make a long story short, IT NEVER WORKS!!!
*SOLUTION = Get the people who broke it in the first place and make them pay up. Get the gate company out in a timely fashion and close the gate at night. Stop with the procrastination!
Maintenance - 2 Maintenance workers who are good for nothing. Nice people but good for nothing. They get paid and a rent discount for doing "nothing". One of them doesnt even speak English.......GO FIGURE! This is an English speaking country. Im not saying another language isnt good to know but if you are working with the public. ESPECIALLY in maintenence of an apartment complex then you should speak English. It is SO HARD to tell someone your problem when you have to use sign language or call someone who speaks Spanish in order to get the message across. It takes weeks for anything to be fixed and when they finally show up....They dont have the part you need. They also have some company Service America contracted to come out and fix things....At least they speak English but 1/2 the time the contract the community has with them doesnt cover your problem. Then you need to submit a work order to the complex, and wait a week only to have someone who doesnt speak or understand a lick of English come out to your house and play the guessing game with you as to what is broken.
SOLUTION* = HIRE ENGLISH OR BI-LINGUAL Employees. This is very frustrating!!!!
-False Advertisement - Anyone ever notice how the brocure in the office states all units have ceiling fans and carpeting'
*SOLUTION = Either install the ceiling fans and carpeting, and dont use the cheap stuff on the stairs or CHANGE the brocure to read the truth!
***DONT BE FOOLED*** When I moved in I was told this place was made of concrete and nothing can be heard through these walls. "They're SOLID"....Yes, this place was made of concrete block, but dont be mislead....The walls are NOT...I repeat NOT, concrete filled. You can hear your neighbors talking, arguing and watching TV among other unpleasant sounds that go "BUMP" in the night.
*Rent Increases - Lets keep up with the times here. There is no reason why a 2 bedroom apartment in the slums should be 1,350 a month as per the new ad in For Rent.
*Security Increases - A letter went a couple weeks ago regarding security deposits. If you paid less than 1,500 security to move in you are now required to pay whatever the diffrence is to bring your deposit up to the new $1,500 requirement. Dont you know this is illegal' People signed leases at that set about and paid it. You cant just increase it because you feel like it. Security deposits are based on your credit and rental history which is why some people pay less than others.
*SOLUTION - STOP while you're ahead or you WILL have law-suits.
Crime - All I can say was there was an incident a couple weeks ago where all 4 of someone's tires were slashed. So much for that entry gate and cameras you supposedly spent 15 grand on.
*SOLUTION - Check the wonderful cameras for suspicious vehicles and nabb the culprits!
*FELONS - Word through the grapevine has it that there are a few felons living in here. So much for a background check!
*SOLUTION - GET RID OF THEM! There are children here. Would you feel safe having your child playing outside among residents whom are convicted felons'
Please Note: Complex/Management takes a communistic approach to services offered. Satellite is the only offered option for any type of television programming, that is unless you just use bunny ears. Comcast is NOT available to this complex and up until about a month ago neither was BellSouth DSL.
I hope this helps all you apartment hunters and staff who have continously asked residents to post "good" comments on this website.

I totally desagree. If you have bad experience with then, speak for your self. This place is great, if they had bad look getting someone bad to live there, this happens everywhere, some people do have good credit and no criminal back ground, they are bad but never got cut, therefore they can rent a place and after move in start the problems.
