We have lived here for a few years and have watched this place go downhill fast. Kevin wasn't the best manager, but he looks great compared to the new guy that is running the place. The apartment is old and was not in great shape when we moved in. There is a lot of noise and there are kids playing around the cars outside. I have witnessed several groups of suspicious looking people at night and our friend's new car was dented by the kids playing with baseballs in the parking lot. I think the managment is now accepting section 8 here. Don't move here-it is not worth the money!
