I have lived here two years and this place is beautiful. The landscaping is perfect, the property is immaculate, the property management is professional and very kind. The units themselves are extremely well built. It is an extremely quiet, safe, secure and friendly place to live. How many places can you live that supply you with your own private gate key to a huge park' I love this place. I'm two minutes from Sawgrass Expressway, 8 minutes from 595. It's a pet friendly community! When a friend informed me of the negative comments posted on this site, it really bothered me, must be from vindictive, disgruntled past residents that were most likely evicted. The Village at Wellaby Park is a beautlful place to live, see for yourself.
