I just recently moved in here and I am extremely disappointed.First of all they claim this place was just built in the year 2000...that cannot be true.Everything is so old.Especially the kitchen appliances.I'm guessing this place is about 20 years old.The paint job is horrible and the place was still dirty when I moved in.Also there are all kinds of bugs invading.It is nothing like what they advertise on forrent.com...That's why I came here because it sounded so nice.But, i was so wrong and now I will have to wait for my lease to be up to move.Oh...and I also found mold growing in the closet.Now I know I made a mistake...

I used to live there and we had mold in our closet and bathrooms, they came and painted over it! The Gate was always broken making us feel very unsafe and things were always getting taken from patios the cops were there alot at the neighbors across the street, the noise was horrible - it seemed like everyone was blasting their stereos driving through late at night... The Village at Welleby was very dirty and I would NOT refer anyone to live somewhere that is also very expensive and un-safe!!!!!
