When i applied for the lease, i cleary told the management that i'm coming from a website reference against which i was supposed to get $100 discount. At that time, they agreed that i'll be awarded this discount. But when i moved in, they changed their statement that i came from someone's reference and refused to award me this discount.

When i moved in, there were a few things which i pointed out to be fixed. They promissed to fix it within couple of days. I had to wait for 2 months for someone to come and fix not even all the things. Carpet was very dirty which they said that they can not replace the carpet at this time. Washer/Dryer very poor condition. The washer runs at just one position. Ther dryer has to be run atleast twice to get the clothes dried. Windows had holes in the screens because of which i can not open the glass windows.

The main gate is open 24 hours, even after they sent a notice that the doors will be closed from Oct 2nd.

No one bothers to clean after their pets. Even the tennis courts, people bring their pets inside and don't cleam after them. I talked to the manager about this and she said they cannot do anything about that unless i specifically point out someone doing that. The tennis courts stay dirty.

Parking slots are not alloted because of which i most of the times, i don't find any spot close to my apartment.
I won't recommend at all any one to come to these appartments.
