I'll be moving out of my apt in July after I was sent a nasty letter stating that my rent would not be renewed due to my payment history! I was late twice and both times just after a couple of dayz they sent me an eviction notice and contacted their laywer.
Laura the property manager is not a nice person to talk to or reason with, very unprofessional.
Ive been there 1 year and the whole time Ive been there the gates were never colsed but yet I was summoned to get gate keys with urgency only to have nothing happen anyway. The pool always seemed dirty.
Maintenance is the worst......... they can take days to fix simple things and sometimes you have to contavt them over and over again about the same problem in order to get one thing right.
My apt was flooded with ants and even with all my complaints they had someone come in with something that looked like an oil can who lighly sprayed behind my dressers and the microwave and left, I dont consider that "extermination"
All and all I loved my apt it self, if you can put up with a liitle annoyance now and then it isnt too bad and the location is really nice.
