We moved in 2005 to an kitchen from the 80's, floor was coming up, counters were stained. The told us, the whole kitchen would be replaced. The carpet was old. Nothing was ever replaced. We moved out. 6 months later we get a call from a credit company stating we owe Welleby Lakes Club 1000 for replacement of carpet. The carpet was not stained, we even had it steamed cleaned. Welleby never contacted us. They had are phone number and forwarding address. Upon calling them, they tell us the kitchen didn't to be replaced and we were charged for that. The kitchen was sopposed to be replaced befor we even moved in. Also they had someone else move into our apartment with in days upon moving out.
The Managament is horriable. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The will take advantage of you, lie, ruin your credit, nothing but hassle. Not a place you would ever want to call home!
