I have had nothing but problems since I moved to this apt. I moved in Oct 2006 and I plan to move out as soon as my lease is up. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. It required another cleaning crew to come out and clean, which was not to my satification. The counter tops in the kitchen were scratched, had burn marks, I had a stove with knobs falling off and a burner that did not work. Luckily they replaced the stove before I moved in. Light fixtures were so old and dusty, inside the fixtures were dead bugs. The bathtubs were chiped and dirty, they did resurface the tubs after much complaining. There was prior tenants underware was in the dryer when I moved in. Office staff is completely useless.. they are always on cell phone with personal conversations, you have to make several requests for maintanence. It got so bad that I only correspond directly with the Property Manager, who is slightly more helpful. The grounds are not kept up.. Tenants leave trash all over, smoke and spit in the halls and stairs. The access gates have not worked the majority of the time I have been living here. I have lived in over 12 different apartments, this by far is the worst experience I have ever had.. DONT'T RENT HERE!!!
