I am embarrassed to live here. I don't even know where to begin. The bugs. Roaches in the master bedroom & living room, sugar ants all over the kitchen, big, black ants in the bathrooms & silverfish in the 2nd bedroom. When the Orkin guy does come, I swear he's spraying sugar water. The lights in my parking lot haven't worked in 6 months. There's no upkeep. My building has not been swept or cleaned in any way since I've lived here. There is a shattered Heinekin bottle in the middle of the lot that has been there for 16 days now. My carpets are stained, torn & full of holes. They've been here for at least the past 8 tenants. My oven was so dirty when I moved in that I've never used it. The place was filthy when we got in to it. My windows don't open or close. The a/c sucks. There is mold growing out of the vents. Yes, mold! And then there's the biggest problem of them all. The staff. The maint. staff's incompetance is outdown only by that of the office staff. Just because you give a guy a hammer & a tool belt doesn't make him a repair man. They are lazy, do half-ass jobs, never show up when they say they will & have no respact for my belongings. The office manager is incapable of running this property. She doesn't have a clue as to what her staff is doing, or isn't doing. She has an excuse for everything. They dodge all calls, never answer the phone, are never in the office & don't return messages. And whenever I do manage to confront them, they simply lie to my face. And the man who works in the office is a moron. I've gone in with a list of complaints & he's promised they would be the first priority & when I see the maint. guys, they tell me its not even on their list. Then the office manager says it's the 1st she's heard of whatever problem I'm dealing with at that time. There is no accountability. I am counting the days until I never have look at this dump again. I sympathize with you. I just moved out there recently and believe me when they told me they werent going to renew my lease I was ecstatic! That office manager is the worst!, besides being a B______. All they care about is getting the rent and forget the comfort of the tenants. I think someone should report Welleby Lake club!
