The place looks great...at the front! Once you actually move in you'll see it might as well be project housing. My car was stolen from right in front of my apartment which probably would have been deterred if the gates worked. The roaches and ants moved me right on out. I love the city of Sunrise and there are other places that are much nicer...try renting from condo conversion home owners..the upkeep is better cause someone personally owns it, and the rent is pretty consistent year after year.
