While my boyfriend and I were apartment searching about a year ago, we stumbled upon this horrific complex. The (at the time) 8 month pregnant employee was all by herself the whole day, which is horrible work ethics on the managers part. She showed us the small, smelly 1bed 1bath apartment. She went to crank the air down when we walked in and it shut off. Half of the light bulbs were out, the patio sliding door bearly opened, out and the carpet was disgusting with stains and crust spots. Not impressive for a model. I don't care how cheap it was, I wouldn't live there if they paid me to!
After we said our goodbyes, a tennant backed her car into mine and blamed it on me. The woman lied to the service aid that she saw everything and I was at fault. So thanks to Welleby Lake Club, my insurance went up :). I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was, to lie to the police and back up a tennant just because she knew we weren't going to sign a lease at their hell hole.
First impressions mean everything.. someone should tell their staff that!

Who are you? The fat ass prego b*tch? Sweetheart, your apartment complex is considered private property, no ticket was issued. And you're also consider a piece of ---- to me and obviously lots of other people who made the mistake to live there. I am afoording a lot more than what you were charging for your garbage dump fyi. Sorry I couldn't give your b*tchy self a commision check, but if I was pregnant and trying to support a family I would have a better job. And if you're just some sorry loser renting at that ---- hole passing judgement on me, well then I just feel bad for you. And I agree, grow the hell up.

Actually, no, I am not her, I was one of the other witnesses who saw IT WAS your fault, you are sooo pathetic to talk about a pregnant woman that way...so where do you work, I'm sure she is more educated and makes more money than you anyways..plus you are really really ugly and she has a beautiful family...as for fat, sorry bit*h, your the fat one.
