My wife and I went to look at the units a few days ago. When we walkeded in the lady was on the phone with her husband and continued to talk to him for about five min as we sat there waiting. When we finally were helpped. The lady kept looking at us weird. She showed us this small unit with stains all over the carpet and what the master bedroom which reaked of urine. There was a large roach walking on the counter in the kitchen and in the bathroom. She said it was because the day before the windows we opened all day while they were painting and cleaning the unit. There were still holes in the walls and stains on the walls. Cleaning' There was dust everywhere and you could smell the mold. (We had to go to Walgreens when we left to get allergy meds) When we got back to the office the lady gave us the application and said, "Are you sure that you can afford this unit' I mean there are things that would be cheaper for you in the Hollywood area." That made me mad. Heck we never discussed our finances with this woman.
When we asked to see a manager she said that the manager wasn't there and was on vacation. She said the manager wouldn't be back until the end of August. So I, being ever more mad now and having felt very disrespected, told the woman where she could go and where to shove the apartment that she just showed us.

Hi anonymous, pls email me. I have a lawyer that realizes there is enough evidence for a BIG lawsuit against Welleby... you would not have to pay...he will do it free... there are so many of us who were not treated fairly...joan.vaccaro@comcast.net.
