This place sucks. Can I say that again, SUCKS! First off, when I moved in, the place looks like it had not been cleaned. There are no fans in the bedrooms, unless someone left their's there. The apartment does not check when packages for you come to the office. They like to hold them in back for months. When you move out, they will charge you for everything. The floor plan is nice and the balcony area is nice. You may be lucky to get a pretty view. Parking sucks. The gym is ok. Good luck if you move here. Live at your own risk! Oh, and watch out for dog ---- on the grounds. This does not get cleaned up.
