I lived in the same apartment for my last two years of school. I only renewed because I had no time to look for a new place. I wish I had taken that time. I needed new screens and they gave me ones with holes them, one full year after I requested them. Our washer always had malfunctions and it would take several calls for them to respond. Don't blame the maintenance guys, Jose and Aaron though. They're cool. I liked the place enough to live, but it was far from perfect. Definitely not worth the cost of the rent, which goes up about $30 every year. If you live there, get your own furniture. The parking is horrible if you get there after 6pm and I hate forcing my visitors to walk miles away just to come over. You just have to ask yourself how perfect can an apartment be'
