I, too, had problems with termites and the office would not listen to me and would not get anyone out to fix the problem. If you are not a dog, do not, I repeat, do not stay here. This place is horrible and infested with dog ---- everywhere. Also, do not let them fool you about their so called wonderful fitness room because nothing ever works. Mostly everything in that room is broke and runned down. There are old aplliances in the kitchen that don't work half of the time, which takes maintence close to never to fix. Cars get broken into all the time. There are shootings at least once every one or two months on the premises. There are cracks all in the walls and the tile floor need to be replaced badly. Only the top locks work on the front door. The bottom locks do not and anyone could brake in the apartment easily. The office doesn't care though. I told them about the locks and they told me they know. The only good thing about the complex is that it is on the bus line. Oh, let me not forget. The apartments have these problems but the office is always clean and problem free, but of course.
