I moved from this complex last weekend. It's a typical college place: horrendous customer service from the management because no one living there can afford court fees, loud music and neighbors, etc. The complex itself is attractive and has a nice atmosphere. The reason I moved was because of the crime. In the past year there were two rapes in my building (the floor below me) and two robberies in the parking lot. Also, one resident's money order was stolen from the complex staff (although that was with the former management). That kind of thing can happen anywhere, but there were too many crimes for my taste and as a single female I felt it was not worth the risk.
