Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I knew something was wrong when the bathroom ceiling started to peel because of the leaking bathroom above me. took them over a month to fix the leak but never fixed the bathroom ceiling, resulting in mold. o ya, and the A/C broke about once a month. I guess the fact that somebody got shot in the stomach yesterday doesn't help the cause either. There's only one solution to that place- tear it down and start over... with a new management company who has owed me $200 for over a year now and refuses to pay!
