I have lived here for three years, and I'm not sure what the other people below are complaining about, because I have loved it. In fact since the management has changed, things have been even better. Now work orders are answered really quickly, i put one in the other day for my washer and they gave me whole new one! Overall it is really clean and safe. The office staff is always super nice, the other day I locked myself out and on a Sat, they came and unlocked it for me. Completely recommend.
