I have been living here for 3 months now(I know not realy long). It is a nice place to live. When my roommate and I moved in the tenants before had pets, so they replaced the carpet and all. There were a few bugs at first but that was taken care of. The parking is good, except for visitors. The is a lot for vistors, but depending on the building you live in it may be far away. So some visitors park in the resident parking slots. Doesn't really happen that often. The only problem I have had is the guy next door plays his music very load every morning and wakes me up. He doesn't play it a little loud, it so loud my wal shakes. Pretty soon I am gonna report him.

Other than that it is cool. The maintance guys are cool and they are pretty much here the next day or two to fix the problem. I would rent here again, but I would like to live in a one bedroom and that they don't have.

The rooms are spacious as well as the kitchen. I really like the fact there are washer and dryers in the apartments, less strand on us. If you are looking for a good 2 or 3 furnished or unfurnished apartment, this is a good place. It is close to campus and reasonible rent.
