Another point of view - When we first moved in, Century 21 ran the place and it was wonderful! It has since been sold (in 2009) to a local company who: never told us the tenants who they were, have let the grounds and laundry room fall into disrepair, have started working on updating apartments into maybe condos to be sold at like 135K each, among others things. Franklin Pointe - I've been at Franklin Pointe for almost a year now. I rent a 1/1 that has plenty of room for myself and is relatively quiet.
