Really Crappy Place

Although the management has improved, maintenance requests still take months to get through, they're increasing the rent and there's loud music coming through every wall at all hours of the day and night. The management company closes their office early and frequently loses or ignores maintenance requests. PLEASE do yourself a service and don't live here.

This is a very outdated comment (2003). Management addresses and takes care of maintenance issues as promptly as possible when informed by the residents. The new manager now encourages and enforces a relatively quiet community now.
