I have been living here for 2 years now. The laundry facility is disgusting, there is no longer a pool. There are pot holes everywhere, and the complex is right next to the railroad tracks, which means a train comes through about 3 times a night. The first unit that I lived in had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom and living room. I complained constantly to management about the problem, and after 6 months they began roof work on the entire complex. This involved workers stomping on the roof at 7am every morning for about 1 month. Soon, I moved to a newly "renovated" unit. The unit is nice, it is tiled and roomy, but the hot water heater did not work, so I was w/o hot water for about 2 weeks. My joy did not last long after the heater was fixed, b/c the entire complex once again was put under construction. The entire wall has been torn out, while we were living here. Now every morning we are awakened by noisy workers, hammering wood onto the room and outside apartment. I can not wait until my lease is up. This place does not do anything to accomodate your needs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This property now known as 830 East Park Avenue completed all renovations the end of the year 2006. What a difference! Under new management, all work orders and repairs have been addressed and taken care of promptly when reported. Most residents are very happy with their apartment home.
