Quiet Downtown Location

Despite an older A/C unit that often leads to higher utility bills, I have had a wonderful living experience in this complex over the last year. It's a short walk from Downtown Tallahassee, I've never felt unsafe, and the management staff has always responded quickly to any concerns I may have reported. The recent renovations are wonderful- energy efficient windows- and the landscaping is beautiful.
