For the price and location, you can't beat this place. This place is exactly what my wife and I needed. It's two stories which comes in handy when the wife wants to watch t.v. and I need a quiet place to study. When I first moved in, there was a problem with water leaking from the ceiling but it was fixed very quickly. The A.C. also broke on me and the management installed a whole new a/c unit. The fridge also gave me problems and the repairmen could never quite fix it. He blamed it on the fridge being manufactured in Mexico (is passing the buck to -------- common in Tallahassee'). Despite these initial problems, I would move here again if I had to do it all over again. Bottom line: location. Its close to downtown, fsu, governor's square, and the mall next to Lafayette. The only serious complaint that I have is the damn railroad tracks. There is nothing that management can do about this but its still worth mentioning. When we first moved in, we had a hard time sleeping because the train passes through at like 3 or 4 in the morning. The sound it makes is really annoying. To add insult to injury, one of the train conductors loves to toot his train horn over and over again as he is coming through. (at 3 in the a.m.!!!). That does not make sense and weighs heavily against moving here. Other than this, its a good place to live.
