When we first moved in, Century 21 ran the place and it was wonderful! It has since been sold (in 2009) to a local company who: never told us the tenants who they were, have let the grounds and laundry room fall into disrepair, have started working on updating apartments into maybe condos to be sold at like 135K each, among others things. Also, they started tearing up the concrete covering the old swimming pool and leaving the debris close to the steps leading from Building 3 to Building 2-definitely NOT safe.
Also, the number (523-6100) refers to a rental part of Century 21 no longer in existance. The wonderful people working there were let go in January 2009 and then the disarray started.
Would I recommend this property to anyone in its current shape' NO!
Would I recommend this management company to anyone if this is the way they treat all of their properties' NO!
