This apartment was not the best I have seen, however it was the best for the price. The apartment had plenty of living space, and any place can look better if you fix it up so on a scale from 1-10 (1 being the worst cheap apartment and 10 being the best cheap apartment)I rate this one a 6 because although the outside was not a pretty sight to see the inside looked nice once you fixed it up and there were no roaches or rats.
