The apartment had maintenance needs when I moved in. I was never given a walk-through of the apartment (which management is required to conduct with you upon signing the lease). When I moved out I found that my deposit was penalized for conditions of the apartment that were there before I moved in. The staff was often rude to me as a tenant and I had to repeatedly make maintenance calls on the same appliances (i.e. the dishwasher, which my deposit was charged for but was broken when I moved in). This property appears to be involved in practices to take advantage of tenants and unscrupulously find means of withholding security deposits. The condition of the apartment when I left it was comparable to when I moved in except normal wear and tear. In the event that you move in here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, AND DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF TO TREAT YOU FAIRLY. Take pictures and make sure that you are conducted a walk-through
