do not live here or at any Arbor Properties. they are a horrible company and will take you for every penny you have. the manager is evil and fake. she doesn't care about any of the residents all she cares about is making as much money as she can by making up -------- charges that are nowhere close to actual costs. the company changes staff so often because they can'e even keep their employees happy. arbor properties will make you go broke. do not live here. you will regret it.
