I lived in a two bedroom for 3 years. I can't even count the number of times they changed the office staff. This says something. The current manager is nice as can be while you live there but when you move out, she charges you for things that were problems the entire time and you have proof of. The she avoids your calls and reroutes you to corp. Thats the real joke!
If she would own up to it herself, we could work it out with them. She (I think her name is Jenna) is a liar and fake. Stay away as long as she is there. Things were good before her....
