My husband and I moved here from another state because it was close to his job and came highly recommended by several people at his job. It was better than they described! The management was on task, answering and resolving (the few) maintenance requests/questions within 2-3 hours after we left recording or visited the office. They even called us about important mail we received six months after we left! They could have just forwarded it but took extra care to follow up with us. Noise was minimal. Parking was more than adequate at all hours. Lots of law enforcement live there; see each enforcement branch just about represented in this complex. I loved the gym and the pool and felt safe to walk up the long azalea-lined drive to main road where one finds a relaxing walk to an elementary school, past Fun Station and a small eatery to the back of Tallahassee Mall. (The only problem I can remember having there is once having our cable disconnected by management because my husband failed to include it with the rent. That is nothing.)
