oh my gosh, this is the best place in which i've ever lived. The pricing is awful except for the 3-bedroom, which is exactly comparable to every other college place ($375 per room!) they allowed my dog, and it is just lovely. tree-lined streets kind of lovely. the staff was wonderful, friendly, and easily become your friends! But the neighbors are dicks! hahaha. just don't park in their spot and you'll be fine. there IS a severe lack of parking. but if it's just one or two of you, it's fine. The staff doesn't screw you when you move out with lots of extra charges! in college places, they charge you for this stain, and that scratch, when they were ALREADY there, etc, but NOT ARBOR STATION. they even sent me a "thank you" letter, for cleaning up the place so nicely. it was sooo roomy, and had lots of storage. i was SO pleased with this place. if i knew months ago that i would end up staying in Tallahassee after all, i wouldn't have let my lease run out. boo! i miss you, Arbor Station! <3
oh yes, one more thing, their maintenance staff is a thing of glory! they show up within HOURS, not days, and fix the problem perfectly. if it can't be fixed, they literally replace it! i got a brand new microwave installed because the other one was acting strangely! isn't that great'! and it's mostly young families or older people, so the apartment is so quiet and nice. perfect. PERFECT.
