Moving to a new city is hard, finding a decent apartment is even harder. I feel so lucky to have found this attractive - and beautifully maintained - complex while living in another city. I took my apartment sight unseen, and was thrilled to find it sparkling clean and freshly painted (in a well-chosen color scheme) the day I moved in. The management staff is first-rate, kind and professional; the grounds lovingly maintained; the facilities truly a bonus (there's a great fitness room, pool, and hiking trails linking the complex to nearby parks and some of Tallahassee's prettiest neighborhoods, so this is an ideal location if you're a walker or a runner). The maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any needs. The landscaping is very pretty. And you can't beat the location - it's minutes from anywhere you need to go. I really enjoy living here!
