A bit overrated and overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
Fixtures and cabinets are very outdated and worn. Also, the carpet was very worn. Ashford lacks general maintenance such as cleaning the stairwells and breezeways. The staff is polite but does not always treat resident concerns seriously.
