Shortly after moving in the air broke. That was about four or five months ago. Despite calling every week it was never properly fixed. We gave up because it got cold.
The air leaked water on one of the walls and it got moldy. We called several times and finally someone came and PAINTED OVER one of the moldy spots. The other is still there four or five months later, despite many calls
The lawncare people ALWAYS come really early! So do construction crews. One day they backed a truck up under my window and blared music at 8:00 a.m.
The maintenance people have a tendency to let themselves in when you do not here them knock and scare the ---- out of you. I have had a few bad experiences walking out in a towel to find the maintenance people.
I lived above the model home and there have been many mornings when I have woken up because the model home was being shown or cleaned and doors were being slammed. Aren't they the ones who are supposed to promote a quiet atmosphere'
Basically the apartment just does not deliver what is promised and does little to make up for what it is lacking.
