I agree with the comments of the others. While the apartment complex looks beautiful and the model looks great, the actual apartments are old and ------. Everything breaks easily, and the carpet sucks. However, they refuse to replace the carpet and pinch pennies at every turn. By far, the maintenance is the worst. If you submit a maintenance request, it will take literally a month for them to come to your place. While I must say that the foreign guy and the black guy are hard workers, the white guy who runs maintenance doesn't do crap except hide in his apartment, run his mouth around the complex to whomever will listen, and smoke cigarettes all day long.
