This is one of the decent complexes in Tallahassee. There aren't so many college students living there that you feel like you are living on campus, and there aren't children running around either. The noise level of people living above can be annoying at times, but it is expected when there are people above you. There wasn't much crime when I lived there. Management was ok. The head lady was rarely in the office though. Bugs were at a minimal considering it is TALLAHASSEE we're talking about. It's not luxury living, but it's not a bad place to live!!!
